Dr. James McHenry

Dr. James McHenry

(Born: December 20, 1785 - Died: July 21, 1845)

American medical doctor, statesman, editor and author. He was born in Ireland, but emigrated to the United States in 1816 working briefly in Baltimore and Pittsburgh before ultiamtely settling in Philadelphia. He edited the American Monthly Magazine.
