A neighbor of the Poe family in Fordham, NY, according to Mary E. Phillips.

possibly the Mary Osborne who was born about 1828 and died in 1900. She may have been born Mary Anne Callick or Sewell. Her husband was presumably John Osborne. Several Mary Osbornes are buried in Green-Wood Cemetery, in Brooklyn, one of which may have been her.
