Notes:
The library of H. Bradley Martin was sold at auction in 1989 and 1990. The manuscript of “A Reviewer Reviewed” is now in the Berg Collection of the New York Public Library, where it was donated by Burton and Alice Pollin. The manuscript of “Epimanes” and the Bishop Hurst copy of Eureka are currently in the private collection of Susan Jaffe Tane. The Duane Messengers are in another private collection. The manuscript volume of Phantasy Pieces has not been traced.
