Biographical Sketch of the Author

Richard A. Fusco was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 27 April 1952. He attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.A. in 1973 and a M.A. in 1974. He served in the United States Navy from 1975 to 1979. After receiving a M.A. at the University of Mississippi in 1982, he will attend Duke University. Currently, his permanent home address is Philadelphia.
