ARTHUR’S LADIES’ MAGAZINE. — The January number of this well edited periodical is issued, and is very rich in embellishments. It is only necessary to say that they are six in number, besides fifteen illustrated initial letters. Three of the large embellishments are equal to any which have appeared in the magazines this year. The literary matter is of the first excellence, and of an attractive variety. Graham, 160 Nassau st. [[St.]], has this work for sale.
