The Edgar and Raven Awards (MWA)

Each year, the Mystery Writers of America recognizes fine writing (novels, short stories, television and film) in its selected genre with these awards. In mystery circles — with such eminent prior recipients as Rex Stout, Raymond Chandler and Ellery Queen — the Edgar is highly prized.
