(Born: about May 1, 1828 - Died: September 13, 1905)

He married Caroline Gray in 1848. His death certificate gives his age as 77 years, 4 months and 15 days, and lists his profession as bookkeeper. It also notes that he was a widower. His collection of autographs was sold by Henkles, February 21, 1907.
