William Darrah Kelley

William Darrah Kelley

(Born: April 12, 1814 - Died: January 9, 1890)

American politician. He was born in Philadelphia, the fourth child (following three older sisters) of David Kelley and Hannah Darrah. He was first elected to the US House of Representatives, as a Congressman for Pennsylvania, in 1860, serving until his death.
