(Born: 1785 - Died: 1859)

Editor of the Baltimore Patriot. He was born in Brighton, MA, but moved to Baltimore in 1811. (There seems to be an Issac Munroe St. John, born November 19, 1827 - died April 7, 1880, who became an assistant editor of the Patriot in 1847.)
