Albert Pike

(Born: December 29, 1809 - Died: April 2, 1891)

American lawyer, journalist, educator, military officer, and minor poet. He was born in Boston, MA, the son of Benjamin Pike and Sarah Andrews. He fought in the Mexican-American war, and in the American Civil War, where he served as a Brigadier General.
