Joel Barlow Sutherland
(Born: February 26, 1792 - Died: November 15, 1861)
American statesman. He served as a congressional representative from the state of Pennsylvania. He died in Philadelphia, and is buried in the Old Pine Street Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
