The Pilgrim's Progress, with a Life of John Bunyan, by Robert Southey, Poet Laureate, etc. Illustrated with Fifty Cuts, by Adams, after Designs by Chapman, Harvey, and others. New-York: Harper & Brothers.
Of course, we do not intend to say a word in favor, of “The Pilgrim's Progress” per se — we should as soon think of recommending the works of William Shaks-peare; but we may say that this is a very neat edition, and that the illustrations throughout are highly meritorious.
