Editorial Announcements

The second number of this volume of Poe Studies will be a bibliographic issue featuring a major new checklist of contemporary reviews of Poe’s separately published works, extended installments of “Current Poe Bibliography” and “Fugitive Poe Bibliography,” “Marginalia” items focused on textual and bibliographical matters, and reviews of Claude Richard’s Edgar Allan Poe: Journaliste et Critique, John C. Miller’s Poe’s Helen Remembers, John E. Walsh’s Plumes in the Dust: The Love Affair of Edgar Allan Poe and Fanny Osgood, and Robert L. Caserio’s Plot, Story, and the Novel: From Dickens and Poe to the Modern Period.

In late 1980 or early 1981, University of Mississippi Studies in English, an annual, commences a new series. The annual invites articles and notes on any aspect of literary study. Articles should conform to the MLA Style Sheet and be submitted in duplicate with return postage; submissions should generally run fifteen MS pages, although warranted exceptions will be considered.
